shipping and return policies

shipping for domestic orders:
domestic orders are processed within 48 hours and are shipped via ups ground or usps.

shipping for international orders: all international orders will be shipped via us postal service (registered with tracking number). for all international orders, your shipping charge does not include any customs
 fees that may incur. we are not responsible for these additional fees. for international
 returns, the customer is also responsible for any additional customs fees.

out of stock items:
we will inform you by e-mail if an item is out of stock and tell you how long the lead-time is expected to be for the item to come back into stock. at that point
you can choose to cancel the order or to have us order it for you.

returns / exchanges:
returns are accepted for a full refund/exchange within 14 days of purchase (minus original shipping and handling fees). returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original sales receipt. please include your contact information and a brief note explaining the reason for return / exchange.

address to use for returns:
please return merchandise to us at the address below through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and also requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, fedex ground, ups or usps registered mail). please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. we do not accept returns via cod.
